Rates:
A Facilitation Fee of R1,300 excl. VAT applies per breakdown incident.

No mark-up is added to Service Provider invoices; the third-party invoice is made available to the Customer. For larger breakdowns, UpTime24/7 reserves the right to waive the Facilitation Fee and quote separately.

UpTime24/7 strives to negotiate competitive rates and hold Service Providers accountable for fair, consistent and transparent pricing. However, all Service Provider charges, including callouts, kilometres, parts, consumables, towing and specialised services, remain subject to the applicable Service Provider’s pricing.
